For the past 20 years, Mark R. Graham has been in the alternative asset sector. He co-founded New York-based private equity firm Drake, Goodwin & Graham, where he has played a crucial role in overseeing major acquisitions across various industries. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Graham worked as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisition department of Morgan Stanley & Co, where he managed transactions for high-profile companies such as ATT, Sun Microsystems, and Philips NV. His professional experience also includes working as an associate at Bracewell LLP, a Houston-based law firm. Mr. Graham’s recent focus has been on charitable work, particularly in the field of secondary education, which he finds personally fulfilling.he is a member of the Texas Bar.Mr Graham graduated with honors, cum laude, from the University of Michigan and earned his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Additionally, Mr. Graham enjoys golfing and holds a private pilot’s license with instrument and multi-engine ratings. He and his wife and three sons are proud to call New York City their home.
